This is Sterling bar stock that was roughly assembled and
partially TIG welded.

After I finished TIG welding the 2X4mm stock together, I rolled through
the mill to flatten it. Then I glued my pattern on and pierced it out.

You can see in this close up that the TIG welded area are free of
defect and invisible.

This is a view face up of the sterling charm. I'm sorry about the
focus, but if there were pits in the welds you would see them.
